Who handles your information?
The Thulla organizing team receives your requests and uses them to manage communication about the conference, attendance and partnerships. For privacy questions, corrections or deletion requests, email info@thulla.net.
Information we collect
We collect the details you submit: name, email, phone, country and your optional answer about your interest. Partnership applications may include organization, website, scope of work and sponsorship budget. Attendance grant applications, when available, may include age, city, studies or occupation and reasons for requesting support. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information in free-text answers.
How we use your information
We use your details to process your request, communicate about tickets or application outcomes and discuss partnerships. Accepting the terms does not authorize unrelated marketing messages. We do not sell your data or publish your answers or contact details.
Storage and service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form submissions; requests are stored in Google Sheets. These providers may process data outside your country under their infrastructure and policies. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and security logs to protect the service. Access to requests is restricted to authorized people managing them.
Retention and your requests
We retain data as needed to manage your request and conference follow-up or meet applicable obligations, and review whether continued retention is necessary. You can request access to the details you submitted, correction or deletion by email. We may ask for appropriate identity verification before fulfilling a request.
Cookies and browser storage
We store your cookie preference in your browser for up to six months. The hosting provider may use necessary security cookies. The registration form keeps a temporary draft in browser session storage to restore your details after a language change or retry. It expires after one hour and is removed after successful submission. The draft does not save your acceptance of the terms.
Necessary only or accept all
No optional analytics or advertising tools are currently active on this website. Choosing “Necessary only” does not prevent registration. “Accept all” permits only the optional tools described when you consent. If we introduce new tracking tools or purposes, we explain them and request fresh consent before activation. You can change your choice anytime through “Cookie settings” in the footer. We update this notice when our use of data or tools changes.
