About these terms
These terms cover use of the Thulla website and attendance and partnership requests. Read them together with our privacy notice before submitting your details.
Registration and tickets
The action you take depends on what is shown during registration: an expression of interest, a booking request or a ticket purchase. Submitting details alone does not guarantee a seat. A booking is confirmed when you receive explicit confirmation from Thulla and complete any stated requirements or payments. The final price, currency, ticket inclusions, any fees and cancellation and refund terms are displayed before purchase. The details you accepted when booking apply and are not changed retroactively simply by updating the website.
Partnerships and attendance grants
Partnership and attendance grant applications, when available, are subject to review. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or establish a partnership contract.
Conference information
Preliminary details, including the programme, date, venue, prices and proposed speakers, may change. Final details apply once announced. We notify applicants of material changes relevant to their requests.
Using the website
Provide accurate information about yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent. Do not submit spam or another person’s details without permission, disrupt the website or misuse its services.
Content and rights
Rights in Thulla content and design belong to Thulla or the relevant rights holders. Commercial reuse of protected materials requires permission. Third-party images, logos and materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Updates and contact
Changes are published with an updated date. Updating these terms does not automatically amend a separate existing agreement. For questions, contact info@thulla.net.
